COMPLIANCE WITH LAWS AND REGULATIONS:

Accessing and using this Site are subject to applicable international, federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Users must refrain from using the Site in any manner that fails to observe these laws or regulations.

COPYRIGHT AND TRADEMARKS:

The information accessible on this Site, owned by FPC or its licensors, is safeguarded by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Users are prohibited from altering, copying, distributing, transmitting, displaying, publishing, selling, licensing, creating derivative works, or using any content or information from this Site for commercial or public purposes, directly or indirectly. Unauthorized use of trademarks, logos, and service marks (“Marks”) is also restricted, including usage as “hot links” or meta tags on other pages or sites without the written consent of FPC or the relevant third party. Additionally, users must not decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble, or unlawfully use, modify, copy, or reproduce any software, copyrighted or trademarked material, trade secrets, or other proprietary or confidential information found on the Site.

When you use or visit this website, you agree not to access the site in a way that sends more requests to FPC servers than a person can reasonably make in the same amount of time, except for the non-scheduled, non-recurring collection of data with the clear consent of the relevant company or individual. Also, you agree not to collect or gather any personally identifiable information.

THIRD-PARTY INFORMATION:

While FPC oversees the information on the Site, some of it comes from independent third parties. Despite FPC’s efforts to ensure accuracy, there’s no guarantee of the accuracy of such information.

PRIVACY:

Safeguarding the privacy of our clients and Site users is a priority for FPC. The FPC Website Privacy Statement outlines how we use and protect the information you share with us.

SECURITY:

Information sent to and from FPC client Sites is encrypted for user safety. However, ensuring the complete security of information transmitted over the Internet is challenging. FPC is not accountable for any interception or disruption of communications online or for changes to or losses of data. Users are responsible for keeping their password, username, or any other form of user authentication (referred to as “Authentication”) confidential. They should not disclose confidential account access details to Unauthorized Third Parties. An “Unauthorized Third Party” refers to any third party or business attempting to access FPC sites or systems using the account credentials of an FPC client or client employee, regardless of their purported consent. This includes automated data gathering programs, data scrapers, data aggregators, and third parties seeking to monetize data obtained from FPC without FPC’s express consent. To protect you and your data, FPC may temporarily suspend your use of a client site, pending an investigation, if unauthorized disclosure, use, or a security breach is suspected.

TRANSMISSION OF PERSONAL DATA:

The user understands and agrees that when providing personal information to FPC through the Site, they consent to the transmission of such personal information across international borders. This is done as needed for processing, following FPC’s standard business practices and outlined in the FPC Website Privacy Statement.

Access to password-protected and secure sections of the Site is limited to authorized users only. Unauthorized access, including access by Unauthorized Third Parties, is strictly prohibited and may result in criminal prosecution.

JURISDICTION/GOVERNING LAW:

These Terms will be governed and interpreted according to the laws of the State of California, USA, and applicable federal laws, without considering conflicts of law principles. The user agrees that any legal proceedings related to this site and its subject matter will be held in the courts of the state of California or the federal district courts in California.
